Description:
In 1994, 5 acres of grapes were planted on the Clements' farm and have since flourished. The old tobacco barn was transformed into what is now the Red Barn Winery. Opened on May 15th, 2000, the Clements family takes great pride in being part of the agricultural vineyards and wineries of Tennessee.

Red Barn Winery has rooms suitable for weddings, reunions, parties and other meetings.  We can arrange excellent catering for any event.

Wines:
A wonderful selection of over 25 wines including dry reds, dry whites, semi-sweets, and Southern sweet wines.  Our wines include Niagara, Catawba, Vidal Blanc, Southern Autumn, Blackberry, Muscadine, Tennessee Waltz, Dungeon Red, Chambourcin, Seyval, Tennessee Red Neck, and many more, including fine ports.

Directions:

From Nashville, TN:  Take Interstate 40 east to exit 238.  Turn left and proceed north on Highway 231 to Highway 25.  Turn right onto Highway 25 and proceed east to Highway 10.  Turn north onto Highway 10 and proceed to Highway 52.  Turn east onto Highway 52 and proceed just past Highway 262 to a right onto Loftis Road.  Proceed approximately 1 mile on Loftis Rd to a left onto Tanyard Road, and one mile on Tanyard Road to the winery on your left.

From Knoxville, TN:  Take Interstate 40 west to exit 258.  Turn right onto Highway 53 and proceed to Highway 25 .  Take Highway 25 to Highway 80.  Proceed north on Highway 80 to Highway 262.  Turn left onto Highway 262 and proceed to Tanyard Road.  Turn right on Tanyard Road and proceed past Loftis Road for one mile to the winery on your left.

From Portland, TN (Exit 117 off Interstate 65):  Proceed east on Highway 52 through Portland, Westmoreland, and Lafayette, just past Highway 262 to a right onto Loftis Road.   Proceed approximately 1 mile on Loftis Rd to a left onto Tanyard Road, and one mile on Tanyard Road to the winery on your left.

Note: the turnoffs from TN 52 onto TN 262 and Loftis Road are between mileposts 16 and 17.
