Dry Wines

Cascade White: An elegant, dry white dinner wine.  Perfect for grilled seafood and poultry.

Chardonnay: Very complex white dinner wine aged in oak for added complexity.

Cabernet Sauvignon: A classic full-bodied Cabernet, aged in oak barrels. Great addition to a special dinner and even chocolate!

Merlot:  A very special reserve red wine crafted in small lots from our finest fruit.

Semi Sweet Wines

Mountain Valley White: A medium-sweet blend.  Excellent on its own or paired with fruit and cheese.

Mountain Valley Blush:  The perfect wine for all occasions.  A medium-sweet wine made from a blend of several varieties of grapes.

Sweet Wines

Muscadine:  Sweet wine made Southern style.  Also our most heart-smart selection with five times the resveritrol content of most reds.

Mountain Valley Red: A sweet blend of Concord and other native American grapes.

Mountain Berry:  A blend of Concord and Raspberry.  Just right for picnics.

Blackberry:  Sweet wine made from delicious ripe blackberries.
